Your body speaks your mind and is often overlooked.
Negative thoughts = negative feelings
Positive thoughts = positive feelings
I am often told after therapy as an add on “oh my headaches have stopped”, or “I didn’t used to sleep well but I sleep like a baby now”, or “I’ve had a backache for years but it seems to have gone”.
This isn’t a coincidence, when your mind lets go of old negative emotions your body will respond.
