Chronic Pain Release
Chronic pain is pain that has stayed with you longer than is needed. For example.
- You’ve had an operation or injury that has healed but the pain remains
- You have chronic pain from an ongoing illness that has been diagnosed and treated by a medical professional
- You are in constant pain with no known medical cause

Why do we have pain?
Pain is a message sent from our brain, a call to action to tell us that something has changed and needs our attention. The pain we feel is carefully calculated by the brain so we only experience enough pain to protect us.
This pain can be both emotional, physical or both.
A stubbed toe, for example, will not hurt as much as a broken toe. A stubbed toe will ache for a while and then wear off as it heals, a broken toe, however, may need medical attention so the pain sent by the brain will be greater to reflect this.
We need pain to keep us safe & protected but sometimes the pain hangs around longer than is necessary it becomes out of date.
That’s when it develops into chronic/long term pain and that is where I can help you.
The role of Pain Killers
When in pain, most people reach for the pain killers.
But did you know pain killers relieve pain in two ways?
They do this first by interfering with and blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain, and then by working in the brain to alter the sensation of pain.
These drugs neither find nor kill pain, they just reduce and alter the user’s perception of the pain.
So, if you only need to change the brains perception of the signals it is receiving, what if you could do that with Therapy instead of medication?
