Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy can be immensely effective for a Number of Physical and Emotional Conditions.
Whilst I am able to work on a variety of issues, most of my clients visit me for Hypnotherapy because they are feeling SAD, Stressed, Anxious or Depressed.
Most of the time our brains are running on automatic programmes based on information we have learnt during our lifetimes; and most of the time these do exactly what we need them to. But sometimes they run old outdated programmes that aren’t needed anymore and are now causing us distress and that’s where I can step in.
With Hypnotherapy, I help you remove negative, anxious thoughts & behaviours and tap into your natural resources this helps us to resolve your issue very quickly and much quicker than conventional talking therapies.
This helps to keep the number of Hypnotherapy sessions you require to a minimum, which is good news for your pocket too.

What is Hypnotherapy (Hypnosis)?
In short, Hypnotherapy is Therapy, delivered under hypnosis. Most people are comfortable with the Therapy part – it’s the hypnosis part they are unsure of.
Hypnosis, is a totally natural state; we humans are in a state of hypnosis several times a day.
Some good examples are when we are watching television, engrossed in reading a good book or even driving; we are aware of everything going on around us and can continue to react to anything we need to (the telephone ringing, a knock at the door or a red traffic light).
Using Hypnotherapy in my practice in Southend on Sea, Essex we are able to block out anything that doesn’t need your immediate attention, so the subconscious and conscious parts of your brain are concentrating on exactly the same thing at the same time. When this happens, permanent, positive change can be made.
