I owe myself the biggest apology for putting up with so much I didn’t deserve!
Is this you? It’s definitely me.
It’s often not until you are the other side of it that you realise how bad it got.
And if it had started off THAT bad you would have noticed sooner.
But it doesn’t, does it? It starts off small.
A small thing that has disrespected you, so you let it slide, accept an apology or excuse.
Another thing happens and you do the same.
And so, the pattern starts.
And so does the downward spiral of self-doubt.
You lose confidence in yourself, your ability to make decisions, do your job, be a parent, be a partner.
You start to “put up” with more and more things.
You start to expect it; even think you deserve it!
No wonder your anxiety is through the roof.
Until one day…, one day…, something happens, the lightbulb goes off in that little brain of yours and BOOM.
“Put up” no more.
And watch out world something big’s about to change.
But if you’re still stuck in “put up” mode, and want to get out.
Get in touch, setting boundaries is a BIG part of ending anxiety for good.
