You aren’t responsible for your installed programs BUT you are responsible for the upgrades!

You are not responsible for the programming you picked up in the ‘download years’ of your childhood.

But you ARE responsible for installing the upgrades.

NOT me, NOT your family, NOT your best friend but YOU.

Our brains are very much like a computer and I use this explanation when I first work with clients.

As children our brains are like sponges.

We have no control over it.

They absorb all the information around us, and we take it all in.

Good and bad, real and imagined.

And these act as our database our file memory for the future.

We use this as a baseline to gauge how to respond in different situations.

As time goes on, we learn that some of the things that were installed were incorrect.

Or maybe they were correct at the time, but they are not needed anymore.

They are like little bugs.

When we recognise this, we install an upgrade.

And that then becomes our new file memory that dictates our new behaviour, our new reaction.

BUT sometimes these little bugs get stuck and you are struggling to do an upgrade.

And that’s where I come in.

So if you have a trauma that you can’t get passed.

A habit that you just can’t break.

Or a behaviour that is outdated and needs upgrading.

I can help.

But YOU are responsible for wanting the change and installing the new programme.

I just help you get there.

If you need a de-bug, get in touch here, I’d be delighted to speak with you.
