Brain Working Recursive Therapy
Amazingly Rapid and Powerful
BWRT® stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’. It is an advanced model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional Therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI, principal of the Essex Institute.
BWRT® was introduced to South Africa by Terence’s research partner Rafiq Lockhat. It is now used extensively by the South African Police and Armed Forces. BWRT® is becoming more well known in the UK following media coverage in the Daily Mail newspaper, and Top Sante and Marie Claire magazines. It is also being taught to some UK Psychotherapists within the NHS.
The beauty of BWRT is that it is totally safe; I do not need to know your inner most secrets, and in most cases, I don’t even need to know what you want us to work on. For BWRT to succeed, I just need to know how you want to feel when the Therapy is complete. BWRT does not use hypnosis and is carried out in a completely conscious state. In a short space of time, BWRT has already become the first Therapy of choice for both new and experienced Therapists. It can sometimes take only one session to alleviate the problem.
Using this amazingly rapid and powerful therapy, I am able to work on issues such as:-
- Stress and Anxiety
- Generalised Anxiety Disorder (G.A.D.)
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (O.C.D.)
- Weight management
- Relationship problems
- Social Phobia
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (P.T.S.D.)
I am able to work with you face to face, or via Skype/FaceTime.
Terence was able to develop this pioneering technique by undertaking extensive, scientific research and drawing on his 25 years’ experience, working as a highly successful Therapist. He was extremely interested, in particular, in why people were unable to stop or start themselves feeling a certain way, or doing certain things. Investigations into the time delay between the sub-conscious and conscious parts of the brain, along with neural network configuration, resulted in him developing this rapid and highly effective Therapy.
Having trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist with Terence at EICH in Southend on Sea, Essex, it was a natural progression for me to take the BWRT Level 1 and Level 2 advanced training.
All Therapists must adhere to a strict code of ethics and conduct, alongside regular mentoring and training.
I was one of the first Therapists to train to BWRT® Advanced Level, and was personally trained and are mentored by its creator Terence Watts. I am also proud to have held the first BWRT® Chief Administrator position.
If you are concerned about any other issues, please do not hesitate to ask me about it.
I see many clients in the Southend area and Essex in general and I am also able to work with you via Skype or Facetime using BWRT. You may contact me by telephone or complete my online form to arrange a free and confidential consultation.
‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. Like many other modern therapies, it allows a ‘core of privacy’ so that you do not have to divulge anything you would rather not talk about – in fact, the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead. BWRT® is a completely new and different therapy based on the latest discoveries about the way the brain works and how it affects our moods, behaviour and emotions. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Find out more at http://www.bwrt.org
